A week old
Here is Casen sleeping today. He is so much fun to have around. We just eat him up. It's been challenging to adjust to motherhood, but it is so rewarding. My heart is so full of love. We feel so blessed to have such a sweet spirit and feel the spirit stronger in our home with him here. It's frustrating to be up several times in the night, but when I'm holding him and I look at him, I can't help but cry and thank heaven for him.

man, that heart burn sure did pay off. he has TONS of hair. I love it! he is a cute little boy and i can't wait 'til him and cami meet. we move to utah in march and they better meet before then. caongrats again!
He's so tiny! They get big so fast I forget that they start out so little! He sure is handsome!

He is so cute. I think he looks like you, but babies change a lot, so who knows. I know what you mean by crying. Wes will be 4 soon, and sometimes I still go in his room at night and I cry, because he so precious. Have fun enjoying him.

Oh i know the feeling, i have been crying so much lately just because im so happy to have elizabeth here. we had our first family home evening with her and i was holding her and as soon as we started singing a hymn i started balling just because i could feel the spirit so strong thanks to her in our home now.

I think he looks like you! So cute! I found that the adjustment to being a mom is a difficult one...maybe that is the wrong word. It is just so overwhelming! I am glad that you are enjoying him. I can't wait to see him!

He sure is a cute little guy! I see all of you Alyssa in him, none of Darin yet. They change so much in the first year. ENJOY this time. it goes by way too fast. I hated the 2-3 times in the night feedings but now that I think of it, that ws probably the most spiritual time in my life I've ever had and it is soooooo special. take it all in.
What a cute kid! Good work :) It only gets funner as the days and months go on. Everyday you will notice something new he is doing and it makes each day exciting!
