Two Weeks
Casen has been so much fun!! He's hard work, but it's so rewarding. I've been so couped up inside lately. It's good to be stuck sometimes, that way you have to get things done around the house. I finally got out of the house last Friday night. A friend and I went to Target. I had pumped a little milk in case Casen needed it. It felt so good to get out of the house just for an hour. Since then I've gone out a few times to run errands that aren't going into public places. Sometimes I will just drive around and that makes me feel better too. We just don't want to risk getting him sick or getting RSV. So many people have told us not to risk it, cuz they did, and their kids got it. It's better to be safe than sorry. We went to the doc today for Casen. He is 8.7lbs now and he's an inch longer too! It's all the milk he's been drinking! I swear, I feel like that's all I do all day is feed the kid. It's crazy!
If any of you are having a boy, I highly recommend getting some pee pee Tee pees. Sad story, I was changing Casen last week, and I lifted his legs to wipe his bum, and he starts crying. I put his legs down and he had peed in his face. It was the saddest thing ever!! I'm sure that's not only happened to me, so that's why I recommend the tee pees. Oh that pee pee tee pee is the best thing ever! Wish I had known about it in the past. I cannot even tell you how many times Alec has peed on himself or my face in the past. My boys won't let me forget it. They still remind me of it...all the time and how "funny" it was....funny is not the right word....

I'm glad the pee pee tee pee's are working out. I so am one that needs to get out of the house. Driving around is a last resort but it does the trick. Can't wait to see him.
My hand works wanders when I am trying to prevent being sprayed in the face. But after having three boys you would think I would know about the Pee Pee Teepee. Maybe next time I will have to invest in one.
Ha ha ha... That's funny. Yeah I've got fond memories of people in my fam getting squirted in the face. I think Dustin, the littlest, even peed in his own mouth once. GROSS!! I'm so glad you guys had a boy; mine and yours won't be far apart and they can be friends!

Oh boys and their pee pee..that's a sad story but luckly it wasn't your mouth. Casen looks adorable, can't wait to see him.
