My doorbell rang today and a lady stood there with a gorgeous flower arrangement.
I started crying right away. He is so sweet. It hasn't been the easiest day, but that made it a happy one. Thanks Darin, I love you!

Awe. Isn't it good to know how appreciated you are for all your hard work. being a mother to a baby or a child at any AGE is such hard work and you are doing FANTASTIC! Good job momma! You deserve those flowers. I know the 2-3 times a night feedings are hard, and the times when you think you are about to fall asleep during the day when Casen is sleeping only to hear him start crying, and the emotional moments and the stresses of having too much to do get soooo hard but just remember that it will pass and he will grow up and in just a few months, you will be sleeping through the night.
What a sweetie...this made me cry. I had the same hard day last week and the same exact thing happened. Husbands are the best. I'm so glad you were cheered up from that too. Love ya- hang in there.
Alyssa! I LOVE your baby! He is so dang cute! Congrats on making it through labor and the first few weeks and of course your cute Casen. My baby comes home from the hospital tomorrow and the fun begins! I'm excited and scared at the same time but mostly relieved to have him here. That was so sweet of Darin to get you flowers, makes all the difference when they are so supportive! I want to send you something soon...I love the beautiful pictures of him! I will send you the email I sent to my family.
