Not a lot of time left
Time is getting shorter until the baby comes. I've been so emotional just thinking it will only be a few weeks until I'll be holding our baby. WOW!! I just have a few more things to pack for the hospital. Darin has been so serious about me getting the hospital bag together. We still need a pediatrician. If anyone knows a good one who is here in the Gilbert area, let me know. We have one in mind, but would like a few more suggestions. I've been cleaning the house and spending time with friends and family. It's been really nice to be able to stay home and get things done. I haven't worked for a little over a month now.
Jaime is having a BOY!!! They have three girls already, and were trying for a boy this time. Yay!! Now if we have a boy too, they will be best buds!!
This weekend my neighbor is having a Christmas boutique at her house. It's on Saturday morning. I thought it would be fun to make some baked goods to sell. I chose to make my favorite frosted sugar cookies. I'm trying to keep it fun and simple and not stress out. I just hope they will sell. If they don't some of you might be getting some on your doors. Let me know if you want to come to the boutique and I'll send you directions. my email is maryalyssa@gmail.com. There will be lots of fun things to buy. I've got to get back to baking.

I'm so excited for you guys. We really like our Ped. Her name is Dr.Judith Pendleton, Pendleton Ped.'s in Chandler off Alma School and Chandler Blvd. We go all the way from Casa Grande to see her. .. You probably hear this alot, but try to get some sleep while you still can. :)
We also love our ped. He's in Mesa though, but he was awesome with Hendrix when he was in the hospital this past Sept. Dr. Ciminello was there every day at
7am and 7pm to check on us and him.
His number is 480 732 0044. His office is on Country Club and Baseline, right across from Costco.

Dr. Gentile is the best! Cody Pace's bro-in-law works there too and my kids love him. When Karsten was born, the delivery doctor was Dr. Jew and his pediatrician was Dr. Gentile. Just one of those little things to grin at.

My cousin Jon Jones (Kati's bro) is working at Gilbert Pediatrics with Dr. Guthrie and Auxier and a few others. I've seen others there and really like them,but I go to Jon now. Good luck with the baby coming up! How exciting.
HI! The pediatricians at Gilbert Peds are pretty good. (Guthrie, Leavitt, Auxier, plus a couple others, too.) I think most of the group is LDS and as a former pediatric nurse they have a reputation at the hospital for being good doctors. We actually just started taking Tate there! Plus they have an office on greenfield and baseline which wouldn't be too far for you to drive. Good Luck!!

Dido to Gilbert Pediatrics. They are awesome. I see Dr. Leavitt or Carroll. They are all good. Plus they have twighlight hours including Saturday nights which we have used often instead of having to go to urgent care.
So funny, we also go to Gilbert Peds. We see Jon Jones. We tried to get Dr. Guthrie, but he isn't accepting any new patients. It is a great place to go! Dr. Jones is awesome and has called us at home several times to check on Quinn. (who does that anymore?!!?!?!)
So excited for Jamie and Tyson! Woohoo!

Hi Alyssa. This is Emily Lopez. I have met you a time or two, but know Darin pretty well from the MCC 2nd ward days. Just wanted to let you know you look great! I am so excited for you guys! There is nothing better than being a mother! Ditto to the Gilbert Peds comments. Dr. Auxier used to be our bishop, and he is awesome! My little Sophia has a hole in her heart that could have caused major problems down the road if it wasn't diagnosed. He sent us to the cardiologist right away! They don't take chances with the health of your children. They also have an office on Pecos in between Recker and Power if that is closer to you guys than Greenfield and Baseline. :-) Make sure Darin sends out an e-mail to all us old 2nd warders when you welcome your little one!
