I love my Family

I love this little guy. He has been so sweet. Hes so lovable. The past few days he has been so good, and eating good and sleeping good. Last night he woke up once at 1:30 and then at 6:30. I know it's not going to stick, but I'm so glad I can get caught up on my sleep here and there.

Last weekend we went swimming. Casen loves the water, and I needed a break too.
Swimming seemed to be the perfect thing. It was very refreshing. This was Drew bug while we were swimming.
He stayed inside and enjoyed the A/C.
This is at the Annual company swim party held every year at Kiwanis Wave Pool. Unfortunately I was unable to go since I gave birth that day, but Darin took Casen over there for a little while without a bathing suit for either of them, and since Casen had to get in the water, they both got soaked. I wish I could have gone.
Peek a boo!

I'm not dead, although many times I thought I was going to die. I've made it through the first two weeks, and they were pretty rough. If it weren't for Extra Strength Tylenol, antibiotics, Friends bringing food, friends calling & emailing to check in, my husband, my mom, and mother in-law and all others who helped me, I don't think I would have made it. I remember after Casen was born I felt like I didn't need help with anything. My mom came over to help, but I really didn't have anything for her to do that I couldn't do myself. This time it was completely different. Trying to balance a young toddler & a new born is a challenge. Having Mastitis on top of that is even harder. Things are coming around, and I'm so glad it's Saturday and that Darin is home with us and we can spend time together. I love my family. I feel so blessed to have a wonderful husband and I'm so privileged to be a mother of two sweet boys. Life is great!
