First I want to give a birthday shout out to my sweet wonderful husband Darin. We are celebrating tonight with Ryan and Jami, (Darin's older brother) since their birthdays are two days apart. Not going to get mushy, I'll save that for his birthday card. He turns 32 on Sunday. I am so lucky to have him. He's great. I admire everything about him, just to name a few, most patient person ever!, sweet, thoughtful, hard worker, very persistent, romantic, great dad, creative, outgoing, fun & funny. Those are just a few. I love you Darin!

Happy Birthday!

Went to the doctor today and found out GREAT news. Each Dr. appt I've told them to not tell me my weight. Today I was so curious and I've gained less than half of what I gained total while pregnant with Casen. That was such a relief to see on the scale. Plus I have no swelling at all. I'm feeling fantastic today! What a great day! I have about 6 weeks left, so hopefully I won't gain much more till he comes!

I took Casen to my Friends house across the street while I went to my appt. She wanted to borrow my jogger and take LJ & Casen for a run. They are a week apart. Such cute boys! I'm glad to have Camille there too. She's a great friend. She said the wind was blowing so hard, it was hard to run and the boys were screaming because it was blowing so hard in their faces. She triend to keep the shade down to cover them, but it kept coming up.

Casen wouldn't keep his sunglasses on. LJ looks so cool!

Funny story: Last Saturday we went out with some friends, (pictures Kim???) and Darin realized he had forgot to record the Suns game. Our babysitter was new, but really sweet and cute, and so Darin called her to talk her through our complicated remote. I guess somewhere in the mix Casen had grabbed the phone and dialed 911!? The sitter didn't know. Darin called back a little bit later to make sure she understood how to record it and she did, and also said someone was knocking on the door and trying to call. So Darin hung up and called our neighbors to have them see who was at our door, and they said the cops were. Holy Crap!! So Darin calls her back, but she didn't answer. She was changing a diaper. Anyway, I guess my neighbor had to come over and knock on the window and say it was OK, just to open the door. She finally opened the door, and Casen was running around naked :) but everything was okay. I felt so bad for our poor sitter! She had no idea what was happening the whole time. To top it all off, something happened with remote and the volume wasn't working on the TV, so for the next 3 hours she had to watch TV with no sound!! I really hope she will babysit for us again, poor girl!

Little Booger:
He just started saying Sippy. It's so cute and he smiles and giggles when he says it, cuz he knows he's communicating better and that I understand what it is when he says it. I love it. The other words he says are "ba" for ball, "ra" for doggie, "uh-oh", momma, & dadda and "sippy" it kinda sounds like "tippy" sometimes, but it's pretty clear. He loves food, imagine that! He weighs 21lbs, but I just started him back on whole milk, he's actually drinking it now, so I'm sure he'll gain some weight soon. He loves to push the stroller rather than be in it. He's in a play group with Bryce Marler & Braxton Lee, and he does pretty good. The other boys do really good. It's great for the boys to interact with each other. He still throws his food and gets in trouble, and he's started to swing his hands when he's mad and hit me in the face. It's so hard to have your child be mad and hit you in the face especially when your in public! I love this little kid. He is my buddy, and I don't know what I would do without him. I find that the best days are the ones that I spend more time playing with him, and giving him love and attention rather than being busy with my own things like crafts or cleaning. Yesterday I put a movie on for him, (Cars), sat him on the couch with his sippy and a snack and he watched the whole movie, made a huge mess but I was able to get a lot done during that time. It was cute to come in a check on him too. Movies are great babysitters! This is him playing in the sprinklers. I'll have to send him out there in just a swim diaper soon, and have him run through them. I'm sure he'll love it! He loves being outside. He doesn't need a toy, he will just walk around and listen for birds or dogs.

Ah he is soooooo cute. I can just see him outside watching for the birds and planes so facinated. haha. And you really don't look pregnant in that picture of you guys at the ASU game! I'm guessing it's an old picture just to pay tribute to Darin's Birdthday? You look cute though! HAPY BIRTHDAY DARIN!

Yay Darin and having another b-day! I am so inspired by you to not gain a ton of weight for my second pregnancy! You will have to tell me what you did differently! So cool! Good luck with everything - not much longer left. I am excited for you!
