Highlights from last week
Casen got his first hair cut. My sister Emilee cut about and inch off. It looks much better. It was just getting too long. Our biggest loser contest is going really good. I will just say what an advantage it is to be nursing because I won last weeks weigh in by a long shot!!! 7lbs to be exact!!! Lets just hope I can do the same this week. Wednesday I left for Utah to visit my brother Michael his wife Kim, and their daughter Reese. My mom and all three of my sisters plus my youngest brother Josh went too. I wasn't sure what to expect the trip to be like with Casen, and I think it was harder and more stressful than I thought. I felt so bad the whole time that we were always on the go and he was in his car seat a lot. He did great on the plane there and back thank goodness. He didn't sleep through the night, but my sister Jaime who I shared a hotel room with, has three girls, so she didn't seem to mind. I brought her some ear plugs though, and I think that helped. Casen had a major blow out when we went to Park City on Friday. I was just sitting down to eat lunch and my sister told me there was poop everywhere. I almost started crying. I took him to the bathroom in this tiny little deli we were at. It was nasty. I had to lay him down on the flat part of the back of the toilet. I felt so bad I was changing him in such a gross place. I was going to change him in the stroller, but it wouldn't fit in the bathroom. Anyway, It was a fun time, but not as relaxing as I hoped it would be. I do stress out too much though. I missed Darin a lot, and It's good to be back home. While we were in Utah Darin went up to the mountains with Jaime's Husband Tyson and my dad plus all three girls. They came back Sunday. For Easter we went to my parents house for dinner. My mom hid eggs in the backyard and Darin took Casen back there and found one!!

Sleeping anywhere but your own home with a baby is always an adventure. That stinks that he pooped all over that is never fun. Talyn use to do that from when she was 4 months to like 6/7 months everytime she would poop.

well i hate to say it only b/c it doesn't matter...but you look FABULOUS alyssa. your face looks really thin- that's where i can tell the most...lucky .way to go girl. all of that hard work is paying off.

Looks like you had tons of fun, and you look REALLY GREAT! Doesn't it feel good to finally work out again and be able to move?! I can't believe Casen already had a haircut ha ha, I love his crazy cute hair.
that Casen is one CUTE little boy! He is so alert and let me tell ya, he is ALL YOU Alyssa! I don't see a smidgen of Darin except maybe his hair???? Oh wait, nope!
